Process Engineer (Ulm, Germany)

⚗ 🔎 What You’ll Do

In this role, you will design and set up our first pilot-scale reactor for producing materials for sodium-ion batteries. Working closely with our CEO/CTO, you’ll have the opportunity to make significant contributions to process optimization while maintaining a high level of autonomy and personal responsibility.

• Experience: Proven track record in developing and scaling chemical processes
• Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in process engineering or a related field
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with independence and teamwork skills
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit; you thrive in a startup environment where your impact matters
• Perseverance: Resilience and commitment to achieving ambitious goals
